I purchased a Lumia 535 mobile phone which has a touch screen and it is not working with my finger touch. Microsoft and Nokia says it’s touch sensitivity and that’s the design of the phone. But I am left with a product which is not usable. However I am able to use the touch phones from the same brand including a lower version of product Lumia 525. When I gave the product the service center refuse to give me in writing that the issue I report on the touch cannot be fixed.

They are neither willing to refund or replace my phone with a working device. As directed by the Microsoft website and by the online support chat I contacted the nokia/microsoft customer care numbers. On 14-Feb-2014 as directed by the customer care escalation department I dropped the phone for refund/replacement at the above mentioned Nokia Care. But unfortunately even after repeated follow ups Microsoft refuses to refund or give any information as to why the product cannot be fixed to my satisfaction. Unable to do my regular business without phone for two weeks which is causing me economic loss. Mental pressure and time wastage speaking to Microsoft without things moving. Taxi expense for repeatedly visiting Nokia care for several times
