Magic Holiday staff call and told me we are talking behalf of hdfc credit card service , u have got a holiday package free and for paying money but after taking money they have closed mobile and they are not replying mail also, so I want to take back money , but I am unable to contact them . At lat I lunch a complaint against them , because they have debited money on 26 July 2014 , after that I am try to contact them but unable to contact the .so please resolve the issue.

the have taken money for holiday booking but after taking money they hay closed cell phone number and rot responding any more, i am trying to contact them but we are unable to contact them. i did not get any idea how to take back money for that i lunch complain, so please help to resolve problem.
