I had applied for Holiday Membership with Magic Holidays in the month of Apr-13, & paid Rs.15750/-as initial membership fees. Mr. Siddhiqui told me that i will get charged with ECS debit of Rs.3945/- per month in next couple of months for 5 years towards balance amount. The total membership fee was Rs.157500/- out of 10% i paid in advance. I have been getting charged interest on balance amount of Rs.141750/- (157500-15750)which was not informed to me. The first ECS got charged directly to my bank account in the month of Jul-13 without any prior intimation to me. Over n above this there were a annual charges of Rs.5000 odd which was not informed to me. i have been told that i was eligible for an enrollment offer of 3 nights 4 days. which was never been honoured till date. When I realised all this in the month of Aug-13 I called there customer care & told that I dont want to continue your membership. but still the ECS got charged to my account fortunately for safer side I managed to transfer my fund in my another account but I have to charged by banker of dishounoured of ECS mandate. I sent them official cancellation mail 21st Sep 2013. till date i have sent them 3 mails for cancellation of my membership but still till date i am getting charged the ECS. Pls help. Membership ID was issued to me MH/MUM/3626.

I want my money back & also want apology letter from them because of there incompetancy & also mentioning the instances of false ECS charges. so that if any query gets raised for by bank authenticity I can prove that there is no fault from my side.
