Dear Sir, I booked a flat in Mahagun Mywoods Phase II, Greater Noida west. The price given by Netambit on email was Rs. 4257243 and I gave 10% as booking amount for the same (Rs. 425724) as asked in same mail . The builder quoted the price of unit as Rs. 4316210. When I asked Mr. Ahishek,I was promised by Mr. Abhishek Narang from Netambit that the difference amount Rs. 58967 would be refunded by Netambit once 40% payment of flat is made. Now after paying 50% of payment to builder, They say that emailed cost was not approved and so they wont return my balance. If you see the mail nothing is mentioned about approval. please help me sir.

I had to surrender my LIC policy to cater this extra amount, I called and mailed them many times but there was no response. Even now if I get up in nights it’s very difficult to sleep. I just keep on thinking legal or even illegal ways to get my money back. I am passing through great mental discomfort. Please help me sir.
