at the time of paying the token amount i had reported about 2 problems steering was jam and noise from the front. at the time of delivery i informed you that the steering is still jam and abnormal and the noise still exist. i was told by Donald that we have repaired the steering and as per me it is fine. you drive for couple of more days and check. after that i have been dropping in for reporting the steering and the noise problem almost every weekend(as that is the only time i can spare) even after several followups the issue remains unresolved. there were several other small issues which i had informed at the time of paying the token…still unresolved I opted to convert the car to CNG and I was told that if I do it after purchase the warranty will lapse and so I have to get it done through mahindra only. I agreed and paid 55k where I could have got it done for 45K (same kit and fitment) even after paying 10k over and above the market price… what service I got is so annoying! I did not get the receipt which is used to fill cng. It been 4 months I still dont have the cng plate. I received the RC and the CNG was not endorsed on it… so they took it back. I dont have the RC now. I REGRET MY DECISION OF BUYING THE CAR FROM MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE.

i would request to rectify the steering and front noise issue and please hand over my car documents
