I had recharged my Balance (Mob No.9755105495) with the Rs.50 SMS Unlimited pack on 25.03.2010.
I also started getting the free SMSes straightaway.
But suddenly in the evening,AIRTEL started deducting my Main Account Balance.
Upon calling at the cust care (198), they told that they had some problem in their server & the problem will be rectified by 26.03.2010.
But nothing of this sort happened. They still continued deducting my Main Account Balance.
I called them up again in the evening & they simply told that I’l have to wait till 30th March for their call & also that i wont be reimbursed my lost balance alothough the mistake was from their side.
I would like to ask the Airtel Authorities about the irresponsible behaviour & also would like to ask them to reinmburse my balnce amount of Rs.24.00 which i lost due to their mistake.
They also disconnect my cal upon caling them for the said problem.
