I have booked one hotel from Make my trip ID Booking ID: NH210635295083 But due to reschedule my planing I want to cancel booking as per the cancellation policy make my trip.I have written two mail to ‘hotelservice@makemytrip.com’having ID 150521-019130/ID 150521-011541 but neither Make my trip responding nor refunding . While I have contracted over Phone they are telling that as per hotel policy it is nonrefundable.

As I have booked for 02 days , Now as per reschedule I will stay one day. So if Make my trip is not cancel my present booking s per the cancellation policy mentioned make my trip then i have to unnecessarily pay one day extra charge . Please note that unless make my trip cancel my present booking , I can not proceed for another booking
