Makemytrip – Cancelled flight Refund Not Given

I have Cancelled the flight ID# NF2203439598445 for more than 20 days ago (Online) and did not get any refund Makemytrip for that. Every time I call the customer care they say it will take three days for refund and now its like more than 20 days still they are saying the same thing and not explaining what is going on. Ultimately I want my Refund and want them to be transparent about the reason of not paying my Refund on time.

There is no such physical damage as yet but yes these service providers should take care of the customer’s money when they are providing any service and become more ACCOUNTABLE. these things could be possible with other service providers but with airlines it should not be there as it is a very sophisticated area. Everything to be dealt with an airline should be Managed properly.
