I have booked my air ticket with ”Make My Trip” for Delhi to Mumbai on 15th October with flight number Jet Air 9W-384 flying on schedule departure at 9:30 pm. I was informed at around 7:45 pm that the flight is delayed by approx 3 hours.I decided to cancel my booking at approx 8:10 pm.I got a refund of amount Rs. on 24th October 2014.I should have got 100% refund as per Jet airways policy.I am attaching all proofs to support my complaint. I had been following with Jet airways and make my trip from 24th October on daily basis but both are treating me as pendulum since then.

I WANT ONLY FULL REFUND ASAP
