I had made a booking with make my trip for hotel stay for 29th of September 2014. On 26th of September 2014 i requested for a modification of date to 30th of September 2014. The customer agents were continuously lying that there is no response from the hotel since we contacted the hotel and they said that their agreement with make my trip includes no replies to emails and requests. If we would have been truly informed of the same, I would have cancelled the booking but since i was not, i could not cancel and it led to huge problems since i was travelling and was constant on the move

I want the entire refund of Rs 2000 which i would have received if correctly informed by make my trip of their inability to modify the booking.
