I made Gulmarg Regency hotel (Shimla) booking on 12-Dec-12 through MakeMyTrip for 29-12-12 to 01-01-13.I could not avail it and asked MakeMyTrip to reschedule it for 18-May-13 to 21-May-13.Booking rescheduled by MakeMyTrip. I could not avail the booking again and asked MakeMyTrip to reschedule it under my relative’s name for 25-Dec-2013 to 27-Dec-2013. MakeMyTrip confirmed the hotel booking but charged one night extra charges for rescheduling (Rs.1,785). This time, my relative also could not avail the booking and I asked MakeMyTrip to reschedule it again for 26-Jan-13 to 28-Jan-13 and I also assured them to pay the additional rescheduling charges but Hotel and MakeMyTrip denied to reschedule the same. MakeMyTrip is entirely responsible to either refund my amount or reschedule it as per my requirement.

I am working in South Korea now and I can not file this case in consumer court physically. This is hotel’s / MakeMyTrip’s obligation to change the booking as per customer’s requirement if customer is ready to pay the additional rescheduling charges.

I want either my amount refunded or reschedule the booking as per my required dates.
