During our trip to darjeeling as per booking made from MAKE MY TRIP. Booking ID : IN1407B1S092517. It was mentioned in mail from Make mytrip .com that Hotel North star which is 3 star hotel is booked in darjeeling with Double Deluxe room (kanchanjunga view). But when we reached the hotel…It was not even a single star category hotel. Rooms provided were standard rooms. Also full payment was taken from us before trip started. And on arrival when we saw the hotel we asked them to change the hotel as per 3 star category. They said u you need to make extra payment for it. After a long fight and repeated request hotel was changedto some what better category but not that good one (Hotel Seven seventeen) some how we managed that day. This whole discussion was ongoing at night around 10:00 pm. Complete amount was taken before trip and then make mytrip was doing such type of problems

makemytrip used to take whole amount before trip is started. I need the darjeeling stay amount to be refunded back. Otherwise i will take their mail of 3 star booking ahead. How without confirming the category of the hotel, they are trying to cheat the customer.
