I have booked Makemytrip.com Best of Thailand tour package. Best Of Thailand package booking – MakeMyTrip – Booking ID IN1304B16182 After completing 3 nights in Phuket we arrived at Pattaya. When we check in to hotel “Monaa’s Place” we found hotel is dirty. Room is not clean and upon asking hotel staff not responded. We were allotted Room No. 311 and 315. When we observed hotel staff is not responding, we decided to Check out the room. Immediately within two hours at we searched another hotel “Royal Asia” Hotel Citin Aloft” just opposite of Hotel Monaa’s Place. When we asked for refund, hotel reception told that I shall ask to MakemyTrip for refund. Hotel will not give any refund. As I have not used the hotel provided by Makemytrip because of very worst hotel room, very worst hotel staff, very worst experience, Makemytrip.com shall refund hotel accommodation charge back to me but instead they gave two the Holiday Travel Vouchers worth US $ 150 each which can be redeemed against only International Holiday Package booking with MakeMyTrip.com and some conditions as per that I have to spend more money only.
