On 19 Apr 15 through MakeMyTrip I booked Flight for Delhi-Bangalore for 3 May 15, but after making payment the e-ticket I received was for Bangalore-Delhi Sector, Booking ID NF2203444130951. I immediately called MMT Customer Care and told them the same, they asked to wait for 1 day to create log history & then they can check what went wrong & guide me. I again called on 20 Apr to check but they replied their server is not working and I had to call after 2 hrs. I did, but again they replied the same and asked to call after 2 hrs again. On 20 Apr, 3rd time I called up but they told me it will take 6 days to check and update. Again I called up the same day and asked for cancellation stating the same reason. They asked me to do it through their website. Hence I cancelled the same, but it asked for reason for cancellation where I can opt for 1 out of 4 options 1. change in travel plan 2. directly cancelled with airline 3. flight non operational 4. flight delay or preponed None of these was valid in my case so i picked no. 3 and stated the correct reason in remarks ‘selected delhi bangalore sector & received wrong E Ticket hence cancelled please refund full’. I received a mail from Kamal Joshi from MMT on 3 May to get stamped documents from airlines for the refund amount that they are going to pay and the same will be refunded to me by MMT. I called them up again and told them that “I had talked to airlines but they are not entertaining me as they clearly told they have booked ticket as per MMT request & they do not give any such doc., rather they asked me to tell MMT to directly take it up with them”, but Chhaya Jaiswal from MMT again send the mail stating to get stamped doc. from airlines. I called up the airlines & tried to convince & requested to give the doc. but they told, they don’t give any such doc. Time and again I called up MMT call center but never received any reply either server is down or they ask for 2-4 days.
I want my money back as soon as possible for both financial & Mental Relief
