On, 21th December 2013 i had availed a hosting service from Manashosting.com which is USA base indian company.Hosting service was customize plan. Plan included 10GB Disc Space and 100GB bandwidth for 2 years.Plan cost was Rs.10000.As per discussion i had paid Rs.5000+ Service Tax on 21/12/2013 and remaining amount was to be paid in 2nd February 2014.Company’s executive promised me that my service would be activated within 2nd January 2014. On 3rd January i was check my status but company did not provide any login ID or details.Then i contact with company and want refund my money but they denied to refund and offers others service.I repeatedly contact with that matter but no positive replay. On 19th January 2014 company activate my account and send my login details in my email address.I open the service with login details but they provided 1GB hosting plan that was cost Rs.600/-(SIX Hundred Only) for One year. However i strictly refused hosting plan and others offers because i was not interested to invest in this fraud company. On the 1st Feb company’s executive again call me for remaining amount but I refused to paid this amount and again asked for refund but they told me we will not refund your money. On 11th Feb I send a letter to that Company, explaining the issues that I faced and asking for suitable remedy. But there has been no communication of whatsoever between me and company. Company has refused to take initial step to resolve the issues. Then i go to district forum in my district that is Burdwan for complain and they told me that your complain need to launch in Bangalore but it is impossible for me to go Bangalore and launched complained. Sir, I requested to you please resolved my complain and take necessary step regarding fraud business.
