I had purchased 32PT 200 LED DSP TV of Toshiba make from M/s Vijay sales Panvel vide sales order no,34-PNV11-12SO 360 dated 10/11/2012 with 18 months warranty. Since last one month the above mentioned TV has started malfunctioning meaning the quality of picture is hazy and wavery. This complaint was reported to M/s Vijay Sales Panvel who assured that the complaint would be promptly taken up with the manufacturer, After a week time service engineer reported to my residence and informed us that the matter would rectified by replacement of some part which would be supplied by Toshiba. After lot of follow up I was informed that the TV would be replaced in lieu of the complaint lodged and seen by the service engineer, Till to date neither the part is replaced nor the TV is replaced, my family and me are confused and unable to watch any TV programme. My daily phone calls to Vijay Sales is yielding no results on the contrary it is mental pain and agony for no fault of mine.
The company should immediately attend to the complaint and ensure that the TV is functional.
