I have Alto car model 2009. Registration No. MP 09 CE 3812. I took my car to My Car service centre, AB Road, near IPS Academy on 4.8.2013. It had hard steering, and wheel alignment problem. I told the same to the service man. He told me that it’s steering gear is worn out, so needs replacement. I said OK. Then I told him that my complaint is hard steering and wheel alignment problem. I agreed for steering gear replacement. But I cautioned the service man that if my complaint is not resolved I will complaint against him. I paid Rs.7494/- towards service, besides getting free wash and free wheel alignment which they had offered for insurance renewal. Job card no. : JC13005973 But after the service steering is still hard, my hands are paining daily. I drive 15 KMs in morning and 15 KMs in the evening, mainly on high ways. My point is service should to the point of complaint, complaint should be closed. Now even after spending nearly Rs.7500/- my problem is not resolved. Vasudeva Mogeraya 9826634021
