Sub: Complaint against Authorised Maruti Dealer Tara Automobiles, Mansa Road, Bathinda for Record Tempering, Forgery and Cheating. It is respectfully submitted that I, Rabinder Setia aged about 70 years Ex- Serviceman cum Senior Citizen purchased an Alto 800 Car having Chassis no. 220668, Engine no5009188 and key no. 2099 from Tara Automobiles Bathinda on dated 28-06-2013. After some days, when I was reading the Owner’s Manual & Service Booklet, I noticed a big blunder is conducted by dealer. In owner’s name and address, a white fluid is pasted and my name is written on this fluid. I tried to read backside of it with mirror and I surprised to see that my name and address is written on somebody’s name and address. I quickely realized that the car is resold to me. It was sold earlier to Sh. Naresh Kumar S/o Sh Kapoor Chand resident of 124, Veer Colony, Bathinda with No. PB03AC(I) 5084. You can see it on the Owner’s Manual & Service Booklet. This is absolute mockery and pure crime against me. I request you to arrange either replace the car with new one or refund my money otherwise I have to approach the Court for justice.
