I have booked Maruti Diesel Car – Swift Dezire vide booking ref no. 2620 dated 12-5-2012. Afterwards, I have cancelled the booking. Now M/s Kateria, Navsari ( authorized dealer center for Maruti Car ) is not giving me Rs. 10,000 booking amount with interest, in spite of my repeated reminder.

Economic damage :- I am loosing interest of my booking amount

i must get back my Rs. 10,000 / = with interest.
