Team, I have been getting my car serviced from Maruti Service Masters from purchase till date. Right from first service (within one month of purchase), I told them my car shockers are faulty. They did not bother. Later they even asked my for 1600/- charges in some service to change bush. Still problem persisted and I kept reporting. I have even sent my vehicle back post service many time. Also, my last service was on 19th Jan 2013, post which I had issues with my tyres scratching the road. When I got wheel balancing and alignment done immediately – i got to know that MSM may not have serviced my car correctly ever. It took bridgestone agency more than 1.15 hours to take out 4 wheels since they got junked and jammed completely. Now after 40k Kms I get to know the following which is unjustified: 1) I need to pay AMC amount as 26500 approx (my prev AMC’s paid were 5k and 13k)- more than double this time + 3500 for add on parts recommended in next service. Choice is mine to take it or not 2) When I asked them for current service cost I was given a budget of 14000 Rs 3) When I told them about my shocker noises, experts were called to check the car and I was told to get Steering Changed or Plunger changed (I have photo artefacts of job card with such recommendation). When I told them about this, no one bothered to touch base with me and I tool my car back due to NO-TRUST factor now. This ideally should have been replaced when car was in warranty in first/second/third services? Now I shall pay for it. Plunger was also changed in recent previous service – this has hardened my steering already and I was told to get the same done again.

1) Steering change FOC (treat this under warranty now) since its a big mistake 2) Need justified and discounted next AMC which can be called genuine 3) I met with an accident post previous service and my doors and bumpers need repairing – this was because my tyres were scratching the road and control on car was the issue
