Maruti Loyalty Program

I was promised by Maruti authorized dealer VITTESSE at the time of purchase of BALENO AND WAGON R cars by me and my family that all our spendings on repairs and maintenance and insurance shall be credited to our autocard. The same was also promised by the back office team of Maruti. Maruti has not given the promised credit since the purchase of the car.

By not getting the credit, I have been forced to pay more for repairs and maintenance to the Maruti authorized dealers.

I would like to be compensated for all the payments made for servicing and insurance made through maruti dealers to my loyalty card and monetarily be compensated for the harrassment for the same and expenses incurred for resolving the issue.
