Maruti Ritz – Poor Customer Care

Bought a set of door visor for my Ritz on Friday, 16th May, during closing time. I took a packed piece and did not check for the quality of it, (since it was packed). During weekend, when I opened the pack and checked, I found two pieces of same door (Front left) and both were damaged. Since this Mart is within the campus of my office, I brought it back to the store for exchange. When the Receiving staff called her supervisor to tell this issue, that fellow (I don’t know where he sits, and what is his name) was very rude and he was asking that lady, why I delayed to bring this for return, and why I didnot check it before purchase itself. Now, tell me, I bought it on Friday night, and Saturday and Sunday being weekends, how can I bring it back?? I will have my own plans for the weekends, and not to please this so called supervisor. Tell me what your return policy talks?? Customer won’t even get two days for return??? And, when the floor guy, (name Pramod), he was so humble and assisted me to pick another piece, and during that time, Pramod himself found another piece damaged in the packed box. I insist the respective person to STRICTLY instruct this supervisor, or whoever, MIND his language and tongue both. This is not the way to behave when customer has complaints about your products. You should treat a customer with complaints much better than a new customer. Its not a one day relationship, or one day sale you guys are targeting. Hope someone will show his concern by calling me.
