Maruti Suzuki Swift – Faulty repairs done by authorized service

I own a Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI which i purchased last year. Due to some miss happening i had to get the same dented and painted. I gave my car to the very same workshop i go for services and is authorized by Maruti. The left side of my car was dented and painted and also there were some work which was not covered in insurance and i got that in payment. Following are my complaints against the authorized dealership 1. The paint color is mismatch. 2. The quality of paint used is very local.(sadak chaap repair) 3. There are spots/lines in the paint done by them. 4. I received the vehicle in very dusty and un washed condition. 5. i paid them the complete amount they had asked for and still work done was not according to standards. 6. The paint is very rough and has no shine. 7. The car after repair”s seems more old rather than looking brand new. I want to file a complaint against the dealership and want full work to be done again and properly as per standards of the company under free of cost. I got the work done from them as i trusted them but they have done a ruthless job and just snatched my money from me. Dealer ship name — Marketting times Address — Okhla phase 3 (near modi mill)

The repairs to be done completely again and car should be like factory brand new as i am getting the work from professional not any local shop. Compensation of Rs.10000
