I have booked car (Swift -LDI) on 18th Sep’13 by paying Rs.10,000 at final price of Rs. 5,84,000/-. As per the demand by the dealer I paid Rs.1,00,000/- as complete down payment. As per there verbal communication of delivering car on 6th Oct’13 I went there to collect the same and found that the desired color is not available and rates are also increased by 18,0000/-. Finally I have to pay Rs.10,000/- extra because of there mistake and didn’t got the car of my choice.

they should either pay me 10000/- or provide me the accessories of same amount.
