I have done online insurance of my car up13r6096 in oct 2014 from www.marutiinsurance.com. I received my soft copy. but I have not received the hard copy till date. Every time complaining on customer care no. 01133774477 they lodging the complain and saying we are ending it in just 7 or 8 days. online complain lodging on support.mibpl.co.in also replying same thing telephonic ally.

insurance is not valid without hard copy. Car and owner may trapped in legal consequences
