Purchased Marvella RO slim NO. PHR 1200001782 in the month of August 2013, cash memo from ARORA SALES CORPORATION- Bill No. 07. So far made 6 complaints to purit. The last complaint no. C135453492 was registered on 5th December. From today morning again that sound had appeared. Please note that the problem in the motor/pump( noise) is serious one and their service engr everytime tries to convince us stating that it as normal sound. I had shown a demo unit by their exective in the month of August and later sold me the same demo unit( staing that it is new). On 4th the system was installed. Since 6th from drain pipe water is flowing out completely. So far PUREIT had changed parts in the new system and provided visits but as far as reading goes they are just trying to pass the warranty period. Email sent in the name of Head operations every time but so far it had not resolved.

I want PUREIT should take back the instrument and pay back my amount of Rs. 10,000/ against the bill
