I provided Hadoop training to a team in Accenture(the Client), Vikhroli West via MasterMind Consulting from 26th to 30th Aug,2013. Prior to the training, MasterMind Consulting arranged for an interview with 2 members of the team in Accenture, post which the Client(Accenture) confirmed the training with me through MasterMind Consulting. I was in touch with Srinivas Prabhu of MasterMind Consulting rhroughout the discussions. The payment decided (as per the Purchase Order : attached) was Rs 20,000 per day. I was conveyed that the payment would be done after 4 weeks of the training, which was around 28th Sept,2013. I got an email from Srinivas Prabhu on sep 28th that the feedback received for the training is 3.15 on a scale of 5. After that I had a few telephonic conversations with Srinivas Prabhu and he sent me a mail with the message that I would be receiving the promised amount – 30% because the feedback for the training is 3.15 out of 5 which is less than the desired feedback of 4. I have totally delivered my training with full sincerity for the full 5 days along with all the soft copies of the presentation and expect my full payment. There was nothing mentioned in the purchase order that described that there would be partial payment if the feedback received was less than 4 out of 5. There was just this statement : “Feedback expected is minimum 4 on 5.”, which no where mentions a deduction whatsoever. I had even questioned Mr Srinivas Prabhu via an email about the above statement, to which his reply was : “The feedback will be taken by Accenture after the completion of the training from all the participants and the average of it should be a minimum of 4 on a scale of 5.” There was no mention of any deduction in payment.

I want the rest of my payment, Rs 27000 transferred to my account.
