New Zealand no. 0212742468 did not work from 2-mar-14 onwaryds.Arun Tengshe, 65 yrs old was not made aware by Sandeep Dave that mobile needs to be 3G.Customer service says buy a new mobile.My father said re-imburse NZ $ 30 and since the Malaysian no. also was to be used on 3G handset my father, Arun Tengshe had to buy a Malaysian SIM card.We are asking for refund of Rs.2000 and that is not being given to us but are being harassed that SIM cards should be returned within 7 days!

refund of Rs.5000 and with all the harassment settle losses with Rs.1 lakh
