Matrix – Facing billing issues unnecessary emails

Dear Sir,it been more than six month we are facing billing issues with Matrix.we have taken data card and calling card for Finland / Iran/Malaysia and Indonesia on different dates in this year.out of all half services (data as well calling card) didn’t worked.without usage we have received huge bills.we have asked for clarification now we are been following up for unnecessary charges without providing clarification of usage.also they are maintaining two different account for same organization. when we asked the reason their is no answer from Matrix.every time there is new person do follow up for payment and we provide again same clarification for the reason of no payment.now its becoming irritating to provide similar communication each new person of matrix company without getting any revert regarding clarification of details of usage of card those didn’t even work during the trip.each time we have informed matrix that service is not working. Kindly help us to resolve this issue and unnecessary emails from matrix
