This is in reference to claim ID 86815, my mother was in hospital for few days and Max Bupa denied cashless claim without giving an appropriate reason, and asked to file for reimbursement, I did file a claim with the company and the company denied my claim stating this was a pre existing disease. I have provided all required documents to prove that this was first presentation of the disease and was never diagnosed in past but mac bupa is still not processing my claim.

I am facing financial issues and took this money on interest to cure my mother in hospital, we take insurance only to avoid such expenses, I have received few calls from max bupa which were polite and than threatening to close this as they will not provide any claim in my case.
