Sir , I have paid Ch.No.730516 dt.23/01/2014 Rs.23624/-in favor of Max Life Ins.Co.Ltd.because i have took loan from axis bank ltd,Nasik Br.my complaint is 1.When i paid cheque dt.23.01.2014 Rs.23624/-for 15 Yrs. 2.Policy Received of Rs.21753/-for 14 Yrs. 3.I have continuously follow up with bank for policy not received . 4.Why more than 6 months too late.If between any happening who take responsibility . 5.Bank executive continuously told me take mobile no. 9920410xxxx mr.Nandkishor but not took my phone.

I want cant harassment any body (individual holder) as well as claim up to maximum sum insured.
