My Maxbupa Health Insurance Policy No. 30012288201202 Policy Period: 28/12/2012 to 27/12/2013 Claim No. 356519 Claimant : Mr Abhirup Vinod Khetrapal My son was Hospitalized in Jupiter Hospital due to Dengue Fever in month of August & intimated on time also First I applied to Cashless facility got approval of Cashless via SMS after getting discharg. Then I submitted for reimbursement of Claim to Insurance company against my Hospitalization Claim in month of August & submitted all the query too. Even-though Insurer not responding to my Claim. Where as I am financially in depression why Insurance Company not paying my claim as claim is not complicated & simple accidental hospitalization Claim.
