Respected Sir, I booked for 2 plots (one for myself and one for my brother) through Maxworth Realty which was not a converted site. While booking I was told the plot will be converted in a max of 4 months. I waited for 6 months and i got no information. So I started emailing the team as I had lost Venkatesh (Sales Executive’s) number. While the team was so proactive in responding to emails before making the payment, they resorted not to respond after the payment of Rs. 1 Lakh was done (50,000 each for 2 sites of 1200 sq ft). I waited for couple of months and finally managed to find their corporate address and walked in and met Vijay gowda (Manager) and Venkatesh who promised me a refund in a week time (this happend 4 months ago). Ever since then I have visited 6 times and everytime they keep promising that the refund will be processed in a week but it never happens. I have spoken to the DGM, the manager, even reached out to the CEO who passed the information to another person called Roopesh, but none of these guys are processing refund, nor they are giving me a timeline to wait. In most of the cases Vijay/ Venkatesh and Mr. Kesave (CEO) do not respond to my calls. Roopesh responds but does not want me to call. I have sent numberous emails and have recorded their calls too for reference. They have literally taken their hands off and kept me hanging even though I said I would go to consumer forum. I need your help in getting reimbursement for the money that I paid. There are several file, but the application allows me to attach only one letter. Please let me know if I can email more
