Maxx Mobile faulty touch screen no response

Purchased Maxx AX8 in Jan 14 from Online portal Infibeam.com, product came with faulty touch screen. complained about it and submitted to service center in Feb 2014, today its 22 November 2014 and still not received the repaired phone. continuous followup has also been done but with no use.
