On 22nd March 2015, I used Meru Genie cabs from Mumbai domestic airport to Sector 15, Belapur, Navi Mumbai @ 10:28PM and hence day charges apply not night which starts @11PM. It generally costs around ~ Rs.530/- but this time I was charged with Rs. 680/-. The fare and KM travelled is as follows resp.: First 5 KM: 99 Rest – 14 KM KM Travelled – 35.9. So as per fare, it should be: 5 KM – 99 Rest 31 -> 31*14 = 434. Total 534 + 4.99% S.T = 26 after a week of lodging complaint, under phone number 8097813031, the customer care just keeps saying that it is being investigated and seniors will call me back but have not got any response neither mail nor call or SMS what so ever
It’s just a matter of mere Rs. 100/-, but I’ve been using Merucabs very often and they can’t just keep a customer hanging. I want them to pay for the money and penalty for their behavior.
