My name is Karan and My Number is +919810932235 and i have been experiencing problems wid message sending from the past 15 days or so. i have already launched 5 complaints with airtel customer care but they say they have resolved my complaint .they even advised to get my sim changed .. and i did so.. but even my new sim is having the same problem.. when ever i send messages .. it says sending failed ..no network support for messages … check network services…. i m very frustrated with this … and intend to stop all my interactions with airtel service… but since i have been using this number from the past 6 years i cannot change it so easily… my recent complaint numbers are :-

PLs Help me in this regard as i m facing many problems with my mobile number… And also the customer care service is very bad…. when i ask them to connect me to senior executives … the call transfers and it gets disconnected all the time … and there s no one responsible for this nuisance…. i m very disapointe with the service now though i was very satisfied with it earlier….
