I had purchased a Clamp Meter from M/s Metro Electronic Products, 355, Old Lajpat Rai Market, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006 (INDIA), wide, their receipt No: 2885 dated 07/03/2014 for Rs.5850/-(Rupees Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Only). The instrument stopped functioning after a few days. On my visit to the dealer, the seller refused to replace or repair the instrument. Now I am left with the dead Clamp Meter.

I am self employed and do repair electronic and electrical equipment. I suffered losses because of the faulty clamp meter. The Faulty meter may be replaced and/or the amount i paid may be refunded. I may be adequately compensated for the losses and harassment I suffered.
