I bought the Micromax A117 SmartPhone on 15/12/2013 and since then the set is giving trouble. Atleast 7/8 times the set was taken to various service centers in calcutta and all the time they kept the set ranging from seven to fifteen days. Last the set was kept by support mdeia, 108/110 b.t.road, kolkata 700108 for nearly twelve days.
This time they have changed the touch screen which was not functioning. After bringing the set home on 26/07/14 again it started giving trouble. Now today when i submitted the set to support media again they says the battery has become non-functional. However, although the set is under warranty now they cannot replace the same without your permission.
The set started giving trouble within 10 days from the date of purchase. Now i request to replace the set immediately. I await to receive your comment urgently to decide my further course of action.

I am confused. Service center says you are the ultimate authority for approving replacement now you are saying the service center can decide. I am confused and very much perturbed. Time and again I have mentioned that the set is giving trouble from the day one I bought it through SNAPDEAL. More-over I could not enjoy the delight of having a MICROMAX because every alternate week the set is kept by the service center for repairing.
I await to receive your urgent decision.

You take care of customer by changing the complaint number ?? I returned the set on 8th August and today is 26th August 2014. Since I purchased the set half of the time it has been kept by Service Centers only. Please look into it urgently.

You will be surprised to note that after taking delivery of the set only a couple of days back the set has been resubmitted again for repair at support media, b. T. Road, kolkata700108 (*e030466 0914 12495245, imei/esn no. 911334850426306/911334850732307 ) for malfunctioning. Now the camera is not working.
Nearly half of the days of warranty period the set remained at service centers ranging from 7 days to 30 days. Now i claim total replacement of the set (with compensation) otherwise i shall be compelled to resort to legal action. You have debarred me to remain without my mobile even during festiv days.
