I want to draw your kind attention through one of my request. I’ve purchased a Micromax BOLT A 51 in 30th May 2013, which stopped working in September 2013.I gave it to Panipat CC centre on abovesaid address for 4 times. • Firstly, when I gave it to the centre its on – off switch button was blocked or may be not working. After that complaint I got my mobile after one month and when I got my mobile its touch was not working. • Then next day, I again went to the office and told my problem they replaced mobile’s touch at same time and my problem got resolved at the desk. • In the evening when I started my mobile with SIM card it was unresponsive no network was shown in the mobile and again I went to the centre and I angrily asked my problem. They told me to wait for some time we will check your problem and I waited there for one hour atleast. After waiting they told me it will be sent to the Gurgaon for repairing again. Till today I have not got my mobile. My mobile’s warranty period is passing on in your customer centre and when I will use my mobile. Sir, it is a matter of great concern that their customer care centre executives are responding like this, not having good way of talking and their responses are very poor and harsh.
It should by replaced by a new one or refund the amount.
