I would like to bring to your kind notice that I bought Micromax Canvas 4, grey/black on 13.08.2013 (Order No.3110366278969) from “Themobilestore.in” for $17999.00 which stopped charging the battery and holding the charger after 7 months. I visited your service center at “E-84 (GF), Krishna Market, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi” to get the product fixed but they kept the phone with them and told me that it will take 10-14 days to get it fixed. I contacted them after 14 days and they told me that the phone can”t be fixed so it needs to be replaced so that will take one more week. I granted them one more week. Then I called them after 1 week, I got response that the phone has been sent to Company and it will take 7 more days to get the phone replaced. Then I called them on 21st of April 2014 again, then I got the same excuse. The Job-sheet Number I have been given from the service center is: N03756 – 0314 – 8761143. I am not getting the services as expected from the brand Micromax. I called Micromax customer care at 18605008286 but the agent I spoke with was a bit rude in his voice and told that it will take 7-10 days to get your issue resolved and directed me to write and email. I told that agent that I may file complaint with Consumer Forum but he told me that this is my choice as they can”t do anything in that case. To be frank, I am very much dissatisfied with the “The Mobile Store” and “Micromax”. My question is that when I will get the replacement phone, will that be new one and my warranty of the product will be reinstated? I am looking for your favorable reply ASAP.
I want either my phone repaired or replaced with extended warranty
