I bought a Micromax Canvas Doodle A111 worth rupees 9,500 on 3rd, August, 2013. It had been working fine for one year. After 1 year and 3 months approximately, it just turned off and never restarted. I consulted the service centre aout the problem but they say it’ll cost you a whole new motherboard worth rupees 5,500. I know that the phone crossed it’s warranty period but an year and 3 months is too short lifetime for any phone. I didn’t do any physical or software damage to the phone either. Now micromax says that it needs a new motherboard worth a high price which i cannot afford at the present time.

I want Micromax to either repair my phone for free accepting their mistake of bad quality hardware. They can either replace the phone with a new one of same model or return the price i paid for this phone i.e. rupees 9500.
