I purchased a micromax canvas HD A116 from Vaishnavi Mobile Center (Post Office Road, Raxual, Bihar on 15.10.2013) with EMEI No 911304252039627 and 911304252294628. I have been continuously facing hardware and software problems since then. Within few weeks of use I noticed a bright dot on the display. I took it to Micromax service centre that is M/S Phonex (2nd floor, Viswamohan Market, above Kumar Cycle, Main Road, Raxual – 845305). They called me another week , took photocopy of my Bill and instead of replacing display with new one they replaced it with another old mobile display of same model. To my surprise, by mistake they even replaced my mobiles EMEI No with that old mobile. Another day I again took it to them and they corrected their mistake by replacing the back of my mobile. Even newly changed display also has a very small bright dot in it. However I accepted it because I did not have any choice.

Next week I took my mobile phone to them for android jellybean update from 4.1 to 4.2. While updating to official update, according to them my phone become dead. When it recovered touch did not worked. They asked to leave my mobile there till next day. They gave me a receipt and asked me to call at their mobile No. (Mohammad Mannan – 9546671000). When I called him the next day he did not received my call initially. When he received the call, he told me that he was unable to repair my mobile and told me to come after 7 days. After 7 days they told me to come after 5 days, again and again they keep on extending the date, they also keep on lying to me. There is no sign of retuning my phone which I even had not used for 2 months properly. I have continuously traveled to reach to them and spend hours waiting there. I have spend approx 14000 of money for enjoying features but instead of that I m being harassed. Kindly help me out or guide me what is the best I can do to get replacement or return of my money.
