Hi I have bought Micromax canvas HD tab in august 2015 but after 5 month my tab got switched off and could not switch it on. I went to Micromax service center in Marath Halli Bangalore but they said circuit has been burnt due to usage of sim card. Still tab is in warranty period but they have not repaired it. I had used sim card only once in the tab for 2 hours to check working condition and removed it. Tab was working fine for 5 month after removing the sim. Suddenly its switched off and unable to switch it on. Hardly i used the tab for 8 to 10 hours per week. Now they are asking Rs 6000 to repair it. Its almost 50% of the total cost of tab. I am surprised to hear that circuit is damaged after 5 months that too because of sim card. I am unhappy with the reply received from service center Marath Halli Bangalore.
