I deposited my phone for service in micromax authorised service centre , satguru mm chek point shop no.1, ge, dharampali palace, near vinayak hospital sector-27, noida, on 03/06/2014. My job sheet no. N04043906149991642. then i complaint in customer service on 03/07/2014 my complaint no. MMX0307143538. THEY commit me maximum 14 days for more to deliver my phone. now on 21/07/2014 at 11:13 am , i again complained on customer service, they again given me 15 more days for positive result. please do something to improve the service.

i just want from them to give some penalty money to all the customers whom they are making delays to deliver their phones. if they can not provide my phone then they should give the total cost of the phone.
