Sir, i had purchased my mobile of micromax company model no unite.a092 from shop mobile experts g-11,ground floor, east delhi mall gzb vide invoice bill no.0503 dated 19.06.14, but after few days it started showing problem, to detect that i approached to micromax authorised service centre name m/s vi communication, and submit above mentioned product at centre on 03.07.14. they issued me a computer generated job sheet vide request no.31598071410615925. but i am sorry to say that being a consumer i have been constantly harassed by these people, neither they are repairing my phone nor replacing it with new one. its a new phone and under warranty.
i just want my phone back…..whether they repair it or replace it . but my only demand to get back my mobile, coz now a days phone means a lot for everyone need.
