I have purchased Micromax A-240 on 20 Feb 2014 and i started facing many problems with this phone.within 1 month your phone becoming useless for me. Hands free one ear stopped working 2. When we call anybody there is noise on other side. 3. phone get hanged while using. 4. Phone processing is slow 5. when i install any application it shows error and that is due to low space as it is having 8GB free space. I had a word with customer care in micromax about replacing my phone to new one, but they denied and suggested me to go to service center. I had gone to M/S S.R. Comm Address : Shop No. 1179, 1st floor, St. No.-12, Main Road, Near Hanuman Mandir, Govindpuri, New Delhi – 110019 They kept my phone for 4 days and didnt even provided me job sheet, problem resolving is so far.i expect my phone is worthless, useless for me within 15-20 days of purchasing.I believe micromax is fraud and selling their useless phones with useless service centers.
