Micromax – faulty product , Replacement of the product

I had online purchased a mobile phone named Canvas 4(A210) from micromax through their website.After the purchase the product showed some problem in its screen and i duly it showed at their service center under warranty.The phone was to be replaced as it had mechanical fault and was returned to me along with DOA so that same could be picked up from where it was delivered.The DOA was dated 01/08/2013 and even as of now on 22/08/2013 and after repeated three to four calls everyday no action has been taken to pickup the said product.About 8-10 mails have been sent in this regard by me.And whenever called their national customer care no. is either busy or not reachable.I request you to kindly look urgently ion this matter.

Replacement of the mobile phone at the earliest.
