Dear Sir/Madam My phone has problem of automatic switch off problem so i have given my phone to micromax service centre named M/S Siya Electronics addressed F-17/156, First Floor, Sector – 8, Rohini, Delhi – 110085, for rectification of my problem wide job sheet no – R1305F3812880 dated 17/05/2013. From the side of micromax service centre executive my phone’s problem is resolved but the same problem continues and apart from that a new problem started of LCD being white. So i again give my phone to the same service centre for resolving my problem. After 6-7 days they give me back my phone but after 2-3 days same problem subsists. Everytime they used the old job sheet instead of providing me the new job sheet. Dt. 15-07-2013 i went to the service centre Mr. Manish told me that the part(patta) which is to be changed in your phone is out of stock and one of his executive Mr. Deepak said that the part is already changed in your phone by taking that part from another old phone then the executive Mr. Chanchal said that no part is changed in your phone and the same person told me that now the touch problem is there in your phone. So all the three persons present in the service center gave contradicting statement and i was being harassed by them as my phone was with them and EVEN WITHOUT MY PRIOR PERMISSION , THEY DELETED ALL THE DATA OF MY PHONE. 1) I want my phone (Micromax X78) back in the right position and condition. 2) Due to the data loss (Phone contact list of my client), it is hampering my business to extreme level which i can’t state. So, i want my data back at any cost by the service center it self because i am not able to recover my contact list. 3) Recovery of my BUSINESS LOSS.
