Micromax Funbook – Customer Care Not Resolving Issues

Two since I sent mail to company no replies no acknowledgement. Hello Support Team, I had got a Micromax Funbook Mini P410i Tablet (Wi-Fi, 3G on 17th of May from Flipkart.com. The charger in the box piece was defective and I had to get a replacement for the same. Battery kept draining out after resetting multiple times it is quite managable, and not even 5 months now the screen has lines on it and the its getting expanded everyday,its damaged. I own an laptop bag and keep the tab in the laptop case, the tab itself as a screen gaurd and case. I use a bluetooth headset and I only use the phone to receive call. I have land lines to dial, in this situation I hardly touch the screen. Please explain as to why i have so many issue, have I not invested my hard earned money on this product. Please help me with a soultion on this issue, I do not want to put any more amount in getting it fixed and I hoping tht micromax will provide me a free service on the following issue. I do not have any alternate mobile, so need to be fixed in a day at any of your local service center. I reside in Bangalore Sanjaynagar-560094.Mobile number-8123402xxx

Want a replacement or complete service in a day time as there is no alternate phone for me to use. IF i get similar issues in the next 1 year a free service without any charges.
