Micromax Funbook Talk 350 – screen was scratched in service centre

dealt I had purchased Micromax Funbook Talk 350 (IMEI No. 911235600322309) in the month of November 2012. This has referred to the incident happen during to send my Micromax Funbook Talk 350 for repairing caused which some battery issue, unfortunately when we received returned from Micromax service center under gone ratification to this particular issue found some change with my Micromax Funbook Talk 350 tablet such as there is no screen protector, screen was scratched and some patch on the screen and side portion was externally tempered. As per my view that the problem faced only about the battery but why other parts of the tablet has been effected wrongly from its previous look or status. After one month I get my tablet (which was change one) but when I checked I found problem then I showed the problems to the technicians present there. They told me that new job sheet has to be generated and again they will repair the device. But I defined that this is not my tablet then I checked myself with the help of (IMEI NO) and found that this was not the same one which I dropped. IMEI NO on the device is 911235600392120 and my tablet IMEI No is 911235600322309. After three two month i was received the replacement (P362) against my P350 the cheaper version from P350. The price of the tablet is around Rs. 6999/- and I buy the P350 at Rs. 7500/- and data slot different with P350 and Micromax service center not provide me any accessory from new one. When I was received the replacement I very thankful to Micromax but after few hour when I was reached my home I found the charging slot not working properly and the plastic body sound like crack and sim slot not working and unable to hear any audio in tablet and also videos are not playing nor we are getting any sound. After that I have submit my Micromax Funbook for services to the M/S, S.R.COMM Govindpuri, New Delhi – 110019 on 6/7/13 against Job sheet no : N030719-0513-3911850 and Request No: R1305F3959884. Services center provide me same job sheet no. which was already my last job sheet on 31/5/13. When I received the product problem still on then I ask for what is happening why the problem was not rectified so Micromax service center reply that we unable to repaired this product Micromax may go any other service center, I’m shocked and take my tablet and next day submitted in Micromax Lajpat Nagar service center.For last 9 month I’m writing to Micromax regarding my Micromax Tablet but still my tablet is under Micromax service center. As two times I got the replacement but the problem still not rectified. I have reported the above matter to Micromax several times (Mail correspondence with Micromax attached for your reference) but despite all my pleadings company have not made good the defect in the goods (or deficiency in services) which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like. besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

pay compensation for financial loss/ injury/interest suffered due to your negligence in the sum of Rs 2000+ 7500 with interest @ 4.5% per annum within 15/11/2013 days of the receipt of this notice failing which I shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
